a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website www.iusverde.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • Website from which the access was made (referrer URL),

b)  When registering for our newsletter

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. To do so, you must provide a valid email address so that we know who sent the enquiry and

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. (a) DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed.

 

d) When contacting us by email

When contacting the law firm by e-mail, the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. (a) DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.

The personal data collected by us for the processing of the request will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.

 

e) When booking an appointment via the website

On our website, you have the option to contact us and make an appointment using the Zeeg calendar integration. The information displayed in the input fields is processed in order to carry out the appointment booking and to confirm it by email. We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We only transfer your personal data to third parties if:

  • You have given your express consent in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. (a) DSGVO,

  • the disclosure pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. (f) DSGVO is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,

  • in the event that the transfer is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. (c) DSGVO, or

  • this is legally permissible and required for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. (b) DSGVO.

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes names, email addresses and telephone numbers. However, personal data also includes information about preferences, hobbies, memberships and the websites visited by a person. Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the law firm if this is legally permitted or if the user has consented to the collection of the data.

  • in accordance with Article 16 DSGVO, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;

  • pursuant to Article 17 DSGVO, to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

  • in accordance with Article 18 DSGVO, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you oppose the erasure of the personal data and we no longer need the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or if you have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21 GDPR;

  • in accordance with Article 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller;

  • in accordance with Article 7 para. 3 DSGVO, you have the right to withdraw your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.

  • under Article 77 DSGVO, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our office.

If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. DATA SECURITY

We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. This is usually a 256-bit encryption.
